Processing & Shipping:
We ship via UPS "real time quotes" within the continental United States.
UPS ships to STREET ADDRESSES ONLY.
We make every effort to process and ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving
it.
Deliveries via UPS Ground normally take 5-7 business days once shipped. If you’re
in a hurry, an expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) is available on
most items at an additional charge, again using UPS real time quotes.
Refund, Returns Policies:
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return
the item for a prompt refund, credit or exchange, less shipping charges, within
14 days of purchase date*.
*Sale items marked down 30% or more can be returned for store credit only.
*Most items will arrive within 5 days of purchase date therefore you will likely
have one week to return if not satisfied.
All items must be returned unworn, tags attached and in their original condition.
We are unable to accept returns on custom orders, bathing suits, and sale items.
All returns require a return authorization number.

We recommend that you send returns by a traceable delivery, as we cannot be
held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to
ShopGirl USA at your own cost.

ShopGirlUSA offers a unique gift wrapping only available by the one and only
ShopGirl, Sharity Goodheart!
Gift Wrap is available at a cost of $4.95 per box.
*Can you help me with questions about your products?
At ShopGirlUSA, we love to shop!!!! Of course, we can help. You can contact
us at 888-377-9992 and speak to a real person! We'll be happy to help you with
sizing, putting together really cool outfits OR even recommend what matches
with what...anything!
*How do I pre-order an item?
Pre-orders require a 25% deposit. Once we receive the item from the manufacturer,
we immediately charge you for the balance and ship it directly to you.
*How are shipping costs and promotional credits determined?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order amount before sales
tax and promotional credits are applied. So, 10% off means 10% off the ticket
prices of our merchandise before tax and shipping.
A 6.5 % sales tax will automatically be charged on all items shipped within the state
of Florida.
Certain oversize items require an additional shipping charge.
UPS rates are quoted per order and as mentioned above are "real time quotes."
*Can I ship to more than one address?
